Corporations - $750
•Price includes all state filing fees.
•Perform a name availability search.
•Prepare and submit Articles of Incorporation to the Secretary of State.
•Prepare IRS Form SS-4: Application for Employer Identification Number.
•Prepare IRS Form 2553: Election by a Small Business Corporation (S Corporations only).
•Provide a Corporation Minute/Certificate Book that will include the Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Minutes of Meetings, Stock Certificates and Company Seal.
LLCs - $650
•Price includes all state filing fees.
•Perform a name availability search.
•Prepare and submit Articles of Formation to the Secretary of State.
•Prepare IRS Form SS-4: Application for Employer Identification Number.
•Provide a Company Minute/Certificate Book that will include the Certificate of Formation, Articles of Formation, LLC Company Agreement, Minutes of Meetings, Member Certificates and Company Seal.
